Generic Payroll Form Xstrata Workplace Giving Form Payroll deduction is an easy way for individuals to contribute a small amount of their pay to the NQ Rescue Helicopter. Its as easy as filling out a form with the ongoing benefits priceless. The NQ Rescue Helicopter recently gained the approval of 3 of the largest mines in the region to be listed as a charity for the purpose of voluntary employee payroll deductions or workplace giving. Incitec Pivot and Xstrata have come on board with this scheme and now it’s as easy as filling out a form for employees of these mines to make tax deductible donations to NQ Rescue. These schemes have been a huge success in other regions with employees significantly contributing  to their local rescue helicopters via payroll deductions and work place giving. All donations through the payroll deduction are tax deductible so you can claim the donations each year on your tax return. Click on the above links. They are payroll forms from some of the mines as well as a generic form you can fill out and take to your employer if you wish to setup an automatic deduction from your work place.
